5 Types of Food That You Should Eat Every Day

Having a healthy diet is the most important thing and people should educate themselves about what they should eat on a daily basis if they want to stay healthy and in good shape. It is important to eat vegetables and fruits even though it is well known that a lot of people think that they do not like it even before they even tried any of those. The truth is, the bigger variety of foods you eat, the healthier you get and that is the fact. The key to a healthy body lies in the variety of foods.

Here are the five types of healthy food Vladislav Davidzon recommends:

  1. Fruit

Fruits are extremely healthy. Fruits are swarming with phytochemicals, minerals, vitamins and they are juicy, sweet and very refreshing. A good thing to know about fruits is that they provide fibers, lots of them and fibers are very important for your digestion. The only problem is that they contain a lot of sugar too so I strongly suggest to limit yourself on the amount you eat and never use concentrated fruits or juices.

  1. Vegetables

Just like fruits, low or non starch veggies are full of water and fibers as well. They are rich in carbohydrates and low in calories. There is no better food that is rich in minerals, antioxidants or vitamins than vegetables. I would strongly recommend dark green leafy veggies like chard or even kale because they come in different colors, meaning different phytochemicals.

  1. Spices and Herbs

Antioxidants are very important because they can fight cancer and, herbs and spices are full of it. I personally love both and if you like to cook, you know how important they are for every diet. Cook something delicious, full of spices and enjoy your food in a healthy way.

  1. Supplements and Omega-3 foods

Now, these are very important. Omega-3 acids are crucial for everyone’s health. Heart, glands, eyes, you name it, they all function better when you eat food that is rich in omega-3 fat acids. Hemp seeds, chia or fish are all good sources of these acids. I suggest you try salmon, it is full of it.

  1. Seeds and nuts

Rich with amino acids, fibers, and antioxidants, these come last but, they are never the less, also the most important part of your diet.
